mountain pose and chair pose (tadasana & utkatasana)

This posture forms the basis and ultimate blueprint for all the other standing postures. Learn to be correctly aligned, vibrant, awake and ready for action.

After working on the Mountain Pose, Jeff then takes you into Chair Pose, which is a strengthening posture for the legs and bum.

Remember not to force your body but work at your own edge, you'll still get the benefit.
