sun salutation (surya namaskar)

Sun Salutation is a sequence of yoga postures traditionally done first thing in the morning that will leave you feeling calm and energised and ready for the day ahead.

It's great for stretching every part of our body and has been proven to improve muscle strength, body composition and endurance.

Sun Salutation, like all yoga, has many other benefits too, including improved blood circulation and cardiovascular health, as well as weight loss, toning the muscles and calming the mind.
