This posture is great for after a game or strenuous workout; it stretches your spine, shoulders, hamstrings, back, hips, ankles and groin and helps to calm the mind and relieve fatigue.

This is a great posture to start off with if you haven't tried yoga before as it's nice and simple but very effective. 

If you have any injuries in your hips, knees or back then you need to be careful.
