seated forward bend

This is a great posture for stretching those all important hamstrings and leg muscles, often a cause of injury for sportspeople. It also helps to calm the mind and relieve anxiety and fatigue.  

This one is also good for stretching your spine, shoulders, back, and hips. 

If you have any injuries in your hips, knees or back then you need to be careful.
