Thanks Jo. I just started lifting weights a few months ago and I'm finding how important stretching is. I will add this to my daily routine. Look forward to more videos.

Thanks Julie! Jo will be happy you're taking care of yourself stretching. You could add Jo's legs up the wall to your routine because it's great for calming your body after a weights session.
